About the Team:
The Bell IT Delivery team uses emerging technologies, Agile and DevOps to design and build innovative solutions that enable Bell's communications services for businesses and consumers.
We're looking for creative problem-solvers who are curious, collaborative and ready to be on the leading edge of technological transformation delivering towards business value streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining the product value stream, roadmap and delivery strategy
- Lead crossfunctional EndtoEnd requirement gathering and requirement analysis
- Primes all activities related to identification, analysis, documentation and review of business requirements, business process, system impacts, operational impacts and documents in the Features
- Facilitates walkthroughs of the above documents, and obtains signoff of the project stakeholders
- Shape the development and delivery of key project solutions
- Create and manage partnerships with project stakeholders
- Identify and proactively respond to potential project issues and drive effective resolution
- Provide creative solutions to ambiguous business problems.
- Manage the Team Jira Feature board and prioritize backlog
Critical Qualifications:
- 35 years of telecommunications experience in either a business analysis or technical capacity.
- Knowledge of the SAFe Agile Framework methodology (certification an asset)
- Utilizes a partnering approach to developing relationships with internal clients and vendors
- Team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multidomain team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and willingness to learn systems and technology concepts (TM forum standards, Telco BSS/OSS architecture, service assurance / inventory systems)
- Knowledge of modern architecture design concepts including RESTful web services, Microservices, Domain Driven Design, Event Stream Processing
Working Conditions:
- Ability to efficiently work in virtual teams, handling multiple projects and meet timelines
- Fast paced, changing working environment, interfacing with a myriad of stakeholders
- Available to work occasional weekends and evenings to meet hard deadlines
