Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and floor plans using at least one software from the following: AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and MicroStation or others
- Be able to create floor plans and make changes according to provided pocket plans
- Develop 2D animations and schematics for projects (including renderings of floor plans)
- Utilize programs for drafting purposes
- Review and modify designs to comply with project requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, NavisWorks, MicroStation, or other drafting software
- Familiarity with 2D animation and drafting techniques
- Create floor plans from provided pocket plans
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
