Overall Mission

As an Assistant Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand.

You will assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager in building client relationships, proactively foster the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of client experience is delivered.

You will be a role model to the team and will support your store and/or manager in operational duties. You will represent the brand values and demonstrate professional and respectful behaviors towards our clients and team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis

Team Management and Development

Ensure your team delivers the Bonpoint service standard to every client. Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs and partner with Store Manager to create individual action plans
Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance against expectations
Manage and motivate the team to drive business: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team members and between managers

Client and Business Development

Support the team in building long term client relationships, leveraging the different clienteling techniques
Establish a clientcentric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle clientrelated situations
Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information
Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging visual merchandising, selling training and clienteling techniques

Selling and Floor Management

Act as a role model demonstrate sales leadership to the team, through achievement of personal goals, support them with their own sales, foster crossselling and client repurchasing
Build and develop own client portfolio
Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence and support ensuring the Bonpoint service standards are achieved

Operations

Ensure policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented
Support team in inventory management
Support store manager in staff planning when required

Principle Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Attributes Required

Minimum 23 years in a leadership role
BA a plus
Foreign Languages a plus
Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Selfstarter
Dependable, punctual, flexible
Excellent problemsolving skills
Computer literacy a must
Be fashionforward and have a passion for the fashion/luxury goods industry
Be a team player; proactive attitude
Ability to adapt to changing needs of the company as necessary
Must be able to work a retail schedule available evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
