Description:

The successful applicant will work within the Hand Program and will participate in the clinical care of upper extremity patients.

Advanced training in hand, peripheral nerve and wrist surgery are required. Microsurgical training is required for on-call duties, as Toronto Western Hospital is a regional replantation centre.

The Hand Program at Toronto Western Hospital is comprised of four full-time clinical faculty including orthopedic and plastic surgeons and two part time faculty members offering non-operative upper extremity care and surgery for elective and traumatic upper extremity problems including replantation and microsurgery.

A dedicated hand therapy service is on site.

Salary will be between $400,000 - $500,000 (CND). This estimate is based on fee for service billings. Additional compensation may be provided commensurate with qualifications and experience.
