Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant in the Contracting Department.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish solid working relationships with the sales force and support them with licensing and contracting inquiries.
  • Process contracting requests, ensuring they comply with our carrier, provincial and company guidelines.
  • Review licensing documents to ensure company and provincial regulations are being followed.
  • Maintain and update department process manual.
  • Perform other duties pertaining to the contracting department requested by your immediate manager.
  • Offer process and technology improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working in office administration or contracting.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry considered a strong asset.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Handle stressful situations with a positive, cando attitude.
  • Have great problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Positive attitude and able to accept constructive criticism.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to take ownership of your work.
  • Speak French / Spanish considered a strong asset.
  • Willing to learn French / Spanish
