Engineered Products Division:

EP division is viewed as a leader in metal fabrication of complex parts and assemblies. This includes comprehensive design, build and assembly while working very closely with clients. It is the first division to do handheld quality control laser scanning for inspection, replacing CMM systems. And where laser welding is replacing TIG welding, creating faster, cooler welds without distortion and much smaller HAZ.





JOB POSITION:
Accounts Receivable

Direct Report :
Controller

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Processing and distributing customer invoices
  • Depositing customer payments to the bank
  • Entering, posting, and reconciling cash receipts
  • Review and verify overdue accounts
  • Maintain relationships with customers and coordinate timely collection of open receivables
  • Research and resolve customer receivable issues
  • Prepare AR Aging reports
  • Provide timely update on collection activities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Operations on customer billing issues or other miscellaneous issues to drive timely resolution
  • Enlist the efforts of management when necessary to accelerate the collections/dispute resolution process
  • Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining customer master data in the system
  • Collect and maintain credit information for new customer accounts.
  • Bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
  • Review and record bank adjustment transactions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:


  • 23 years Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • High Attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Prior experience in manufacturing sector is an asset

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Manufacturing industry: 1 year (preferred)
  • Accounts receivable: 2 years (preferred)
