Concierge (Part Time, Permanent)

Location: 1281 Cordova St W, Vancouver BC V6C 3R5
Schedule:
Fridays (3-11pm)
We have an immediate vacancy for energetic, self-starter individuals with strong communication skills and positive attitude for concierges in high-end residential towers in Coal Harbour.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all residents
- Conduct Access control
- Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required
- Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering all resident questions
- Providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate with onsite contractors as required
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills
- Must be available to work afternoon/evenings as shift is Friday 311PM
