Key Responsibilities:

Planning, shooting, and editing videos/Reels to be used on Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube
Scheduling Instagram stories, posts and reels on social media platforms
Capturing video and photo content during brand photoshoots
Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in video production and social media to ensure our content remains fresh and engaging
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Cultivate partnerships and collaborations with influencers and powersport organizations to expand our reach, build brand awareness, and establish our position as a leader in the powersports industry.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines in all social media and digital marketing activities.

Requirements:

Experience in using programs like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator
Excellent creativity and storytelling skills
Attention to detail
Strong knowledge of all videobased social media platforms (I.e. TikTok, Instagram)
Proven ability to keep organized and maintain high quality control
Thorough knowledge of continuity editing, pacing, and storytelling skills
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, and their best practices for brand promotion and engagement
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Selfmotivated and proactive, with a passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in social media and digital marketing.
