  • Driving stock to and from customers
  • Dealing with customers
  • Complete a proper pretrip inspection prior to leaving on any journey
  • Complete and submit all required paperwork (i.e. logbooks, pre/posttrip inspections, truck inspections)
  • Assisting with loading in warehouse
  • Follows all company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

A sign on bonus of $250 is payable after 30 days of active employment. An additional bonus $250 after 90 days of active employment, and a final bonus of $250 after 180 days of active employment

Requirements:


  • Valid Class 1 AQ CDL (Commercial Driver's License) w/ clean drivers abstract
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with driving required
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency
  • Maintains all required company paperwork
  • Follows all Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English
  • Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.)
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work any work time as needed
  • Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record
  • Capable of working in extreme working conditions (outdoors, weather, terrain)

Note:
This position will become a union role after 3 months of continuous employment.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to be on feet up to 812 hours per shift
  • Use of hands and fingers to perform job function
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb
  • Ability to lift up to 55lbs

$26.94-$30.83 per hour
