Working within a fun and dynamic team of People & Culture professionals, our Business Partners have support in the areas of Compensation, Health and Wellness, and Talent Acquisition - this means they can focus their efforts on other strategic goals and projects; including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Organizational Structure, Policy Creation, and providing personal support for all employees.

**You're great at**:

- Providing excellent customer service to leaders and employees throughout the organization
- Being a true Business Partner
- Strategic thinking and leadership
- Influencing kindly

**You have**:

- 10+ years of P&C experience in a Generalist or Business Partner function
- 2+ years supporting an IT business area
- Completion of or working towards CHRP/CHRL designation.
- Strong customer service background
- Team-first mentality
