What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance of video games, kitchen equipment, register systems, and coin/ticket mechanisms
  • Handle the upkeep of arcade games, IT systems, and ticket dispensers
  • Manage the electrical and mechanical aspects of the game room, including daily maintenance and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic components, boards, and computers
  • Operate stage show equipment, including maintenance of lighting, sound, and pneumatic systems
  • Keep inventory of electronic equipment, mechanical parts, and tools
  • Maintain budget and uphold a safety-focused mindset

Skills We're Seeking:

  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot technical issues at a component level
  • Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Military experience, technical degree, or electrical/mechanical training is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Availability for up to 45 hours per week
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent education/experience

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment:

  • Capable of lifting objects weighing 0-50 pounds during shifts
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during work hours
  • Job involves handling job-related stress and effective communication with guests and team members
  • Work environment includes flashing lights, moving machinery, and loud noise
