PMO Performance Manager:

Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - Waterloo - Becket House


We have a great opportunity for a PMO Performance Manager to join our highly successful Projects business unit; primarily supporting M&E projects fit out projects.

Key activities:


  • To collate information in order to produce a monthend reporting gestion pack to accompany the financial data produced by commercial
  • Be responsible for the production of key performance indicators based on all business areas, such as invoicing, personnel, purchasing, allocations and licensing control, and notify managers of trends
  • Monitor and chase of accrued income and debt with clients with a view to optimising cashflows in accordance with contractual arrangements
  • Oversee contracts where a commercial overview is vital, preparing dashboards, trackers and templates to assist with the monitoring, project cost control and forecasting in a way that can be reported both internally and provide clients confidence of commercial management
  • Assist and provide the financial input on any adjudication or contractual disputes
  • Assist with the preparation and review of the pricing of large variation quotations and competitive tenders
  • Review and drive the contract for general auditing of financial and nonfinancial obligations as well as for responding to operational queries
  • Assisting Project Managers in creating and managing forecasts and budgets at project and programme level. Gathering and analysing data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects in the delivery stage on budget and on time
  • Liaise with commercial team and provide monthly analysis as required. Liaise with other relevant departments and contracts to attend meetings and progress projects and conduct audits when required

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Level of Project Management and execution delivery experience, with proficiency in project management standards and methods
  • Experience of PMO and Portfolio Management with a focus on governance, reporting and communications
  • A solid analytical background with strong skills in using Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to adapt in style and level of detail based on the audience
  • Experience in risk management
