Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre (PQCHC) is a non-profit organization and the largest community health centre in Ontario.

Our team of over 300 employees includes physicians, nurses, employment counselors, early childhood educators, dietitians, community workers, youth and parents support workers, health promoters and outreach workers.

We have an active student and volunteer program that provides critical support to the work of the organization. We are an innovative, community-based, multiservice centre, and strive to meet the needs of the diverse communities we serve.

We believe that working in partnership with individuals, families and our communities is critical to helping everyone achieve their full potential.

PQCHC is deeply connected to the communities we serve, particularly vulnerable groups including people living with low income, seniors, those affected by mental illness and/or addictions, and newcomers to Canada.

Chief Executive Officer


As our next CEO, you will report to the Board of Directors and be responsible for the overall leadership of a committed interdisciplinary team in a complex and fast-paced environment.

You are a collaborative leader, who is adept at encouraging and enabling change.

While demonstrating an inclusive and empowering leadership and communications style, your positive attitude can further develop and communicate a compelling vision of our service model into the future.

You will be the face, voice, and champion of PQCHC in its mission to provide superior client care and lead a progressive, welcoming and supportive organization for our valuable team.

You will play an active role in sustaining a positive public awareness of our mandates and services, lead the delivery of our strategic priorities with the Board, and safeguard long-lasting and constructive relations with clients, employees, funders and community partners.

You will also combine your passion for service with a strong business acumen as opportunities to be innovative will present themselves regularly to a creative and open-minded leader.

Above all, you possess outstanding communications and relationship-building skills, with a genuine commitment to employee engagement, wellness and development, at all levels.
