Description

The Operations Temp will be responsible for:

  • Provide administrational support to the Operations Team
  • Take calls and update proprietary systems
  • Track shipments
  • Contact stakeholders and confirm service appointments
  • Provide drivers with information as requested
  • Confirm amounts to be collected based on the system
  • Process internal paperwork
  • Take/make calls to drivers and agents
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Assist the team as needed
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS

  • General understanding of Canadian Geography
  • Highly motivated and selfdriven with excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Must be available to work additional hours, as business needs dictate
  • Bilingual in French and English will be considered an asset
