Job description:

Our growing company is looking for reliable, experienced cleaner to clean an apartment building in Kitchener for 40 hours per week.

There is a mix of light and heavy duty cleaning tasks to be done. The position will involve assisting residents with basic customer service duties. The applicant must be able to push around full garbage compactor bins. We are looking for an emphasis on reliability and attention to detail. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Job requirements:

Responsibilities:

Handling keys and FOB's
Working in a safe manner
Reporting any unsafe conditions
Use personal protective equipment as required
Executing elevator move bookings as requested
Monitoring levels of supplies

Working conditions:

The applicant must be available Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm.

Skills:

Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Experience cleaning windows, bathrooms, elevators (stainless steel)
Ability to switch around garbage compactor bins in garbage room
Ability to send messages and pictures via cell phone
Ability to lift 50 lbs (filling softener salt tanks)
Managing their time effectively
Strong work ethic
Able to follow schedules and checklists
Self starter

Salary:

$18.50/hour to start
