JOB SUMMARY

As team lead, your main responsibility is to provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their best.

You should provide support to the store management and help create a cohesive team that works efficiently together to maximize the sales team's potential.

In addition, you are responsible for leading your team to success.

You ensure their professional development through continuous feedback and coaching, and you establish personalized goals aligned with the company's objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Stimulate sales by offering outstanding customer service.
Provide customer service and an exceptional shopping experience for Bentley's customers.
Provide product knowledge to customers through the features, values and benefits of each product.
Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
Help support the assistant and store manager to train, develop and manage the performance of the team members.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, in retail preferably.
Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills and team management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent communication skills.
Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
Strong organizational skills to help give the team direction.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.
