Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market trends and assess potential investments.
  • Conduct financial analysis of properties, including cash flow, return on investment, and capitalization rate.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for analyzing real estate investments.
  • Research potential investments and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide advice on real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing, and other legal documents.

Salary:
$49,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
