Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities(QSA):
- Job Duties
Job Duties - 1.Capture and manipulate educational media objects such as digital photos, audio clips that support learning objectives and outcomes for Learning Technologies projects.
- Capture, edit, convert, manipulate and produce streaming video segments that support a variety of educational requirements for Learning Technologies projects.
- Create specialized web pages to deliver streaming media objects for a variety of platforms and mobile devices.
- Manage the flow and storage of curriculum objects for a variety of projects.
- Provide educational technology support to meet Learning Technology needs.
- Participate in the development and recommendation of educational technology solutions that aid faculty, staff and students during the prototyping, piloting and delivery of Learning Technology projects.
Specific Accountabilities

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)
- 1.Grade Twelve and a recent, relevant Diploma in Media Production, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Five years of recent and relevant experience in media production.
- Training and/or experience at the advanced level in the use of industry standard production and editing software i.e. PC and or Mac based programs.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to produce high quality work under tight timelines and changing priorities
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Demonstrates valuing diversity.
- Ability to travel
