Job Purpose and Impact

The Business Unit Administrative Assistant will organize and deliver a wide range of administrative services. In this role, you will ensure efficient operation of the facility. Key Accountabilities

Ensure that facilities or office function correctly.

Review inventory and provision periodically to ensure sufficient range of products to meet customer needs in line with the budget.

Arrange for timely minor maintenance and repair.
Monitor all services to ensure good food hygiene practices are adopted at all times
Cooperate in the continuous improvement of company quality, safety and productivity standards.
Provide assistance with project management and training to lower-level employees.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.


Accounting:

Maintaining Site Spec Sheet, daily cheques depositing, weekly payment reviews/printing cheques, maintaining manual POs, reviewing invoices, and ensuring payments are made on time.

General Receptionist duties, such as answering/making phone calls, greeting and signing in guests at the front door, preparing meeting rooms, receiving packages and redirecting them, assisting in planning events.

Responsible for maintaining a log of all inventories of records of the company in accordance with the company policy.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned.
LI-MC3 Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with Microsoft Office.
Previous experience with Project Management.
