About the position:

Currently, we are seeking an energetic, business savvy and driven
Project Manager/Estimator to join our Service group in
Burnaby. This role will work specifically with our National Account customers and aim to grow this area of the business.

This is a great opportunity for a project manager that enjoys building relationships with their clients and wants to take on a new challenge.

While ideally based in Burnaby, we may be open to this position working from any one of our Houle office locations.

Project Manager/ Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:

Be the designated PM for a National Account, responsible for managing all aspects of service and small electrical project requests
Manage full project scope: estimating, project planning, labour management, procurement, billing, communications, and client service.
Review and manage service contracts
Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consultants, service team and national account clients
Estimate project costs, changes, and submit tenders
Manage project financials, including billing
Work with the Service Manager, Coordinators, and Service teams to meet project requirements
Be present on jobsites when required

Project Manager/ Estimator Experience and Skills:

Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate
2 years' experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating.
Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset
Proven ability to build strong relationships
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Strong communication and team working skills
Good computer skills including MS Office, Procore, ZOOM, etc.
This position may require day travel but not overnight or long periods away from home
