Currently, we are seeking motivated
Jr. Project Coordinators to join our growing team in order to support our projects in
Northern Ontario. The key responsibilities of the Jr.

Project Coordinator include, but not limited to:

Reviewing scopes of work and project drawings to support development of work methodology for input to schedule
Analyzing driving layouts/construction drawings and statistical operations data for project planning and reporting
Planning and preparing reports, plans, and construction schedules for project execution
Weekly reporting on project status and adjusting plans as required to accommodate project needs or changing conditions
Assist with development of project quality plans and completion of quality control checks
Material, Tools and Equipment procurement to support the projects needs
Payroll entry and cost allocations
Attending daily lineups and assisting Supervisors/Superintendent as required

Qualifications

Postsecondary education in Mining/Civil/Structural Engineering Technology or Mining/Civil/Structural Engineering is preferred
Experience in a mining, industrial or construction environment or manufacturing is preferred
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6 is an asset
Strong communication skills and ability to interact and engage with cross functional teams
Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work independently
Ability to work remotely and outoftown as required
Willing and able to undergo preemployment testing as a condition of employment
