We are looking to hire a building operator to provide service for a facility of a reputable property management company in North Vancouver.

Start Date:
DEC 4TH, 2023
This is a position that is until further notice, which may lead to a permanent position.

Requirements:

At Least 2 Years of Building Operations experience.
Common sense, mechanical ability, and building operator experience.
Willing to take direction from clients and management.
Knowledge on chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical (Light changes, reset breakers Etc.)
Communication skills verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and management.

Shifts are:
MON- FRI (7AM-3PM) Excluding Stat Holidays.

Salary:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour
