Founded in 2014, Spring Financial has focuses on simplifying the lending process for millions of Canadians facing all types of financial circumstances.

Spring offers a growing range of financial products and services which currently include personal loans, mortgages, credit cards and secured loans - all of which are made available to Canadians without having to visit a branch

NOTE:
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position.

Responsibilities:

Convert warm inbound leads into sales
Provide financial education to every customer
Handle multiple customers simultaneously
Close and guide customers through the sales process
Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required

Requirements:

Strong sales and negotiation skills
Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
Previous sales experience strongly preferred
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
Strong communication skills
Positive and eager attitude towards learning
