- Assemble floor assemblies, install joist hangers, and apply vapor seal.
- Sheathe interior and exterior walls and floor assemblies.
- Insulate floor, wall, and roof systems for optimal energy efficiency.
- Safely work from ladders and scaffolding.
- Operate pneumatic and power tools efficiently and safely.
- Install backing and perform other related tasks as required.Requirements:
Experience in basic carpentry, including framing (joists, subfloor, sheathing, studding). Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools for carpentry work. Ability to lift heavy objects as construction projects may involve heavy lifting. Capability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Knowledge of concrete forming and finishing techniques. Familiarity with drywall installation and restoration work. Skills in siding installation and repair. Strong background in woodworking and understanding of schematics. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Relevant certifications in carpentry or related fields would be a plus. - Afternoon Shift: Monday- Thursday 2:30 pm-1:00 amBenefits:
