What YOU Will Do

  • Assist the project team with coordination and project support;
  • Collaborate and keep the lines of communication open when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients;Take pride in your ability to effectively review, interpret and update the constr
- uction schedules;

  • Utilize your passion for organization through maintenance, review and followup of shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents;
  • Effectively collect, review and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the very best prices in the market;
  • Take pride in compiling and completing companywide project reports;
  • Assemble, attend, document and emphasize the importance of project meetings;
  • Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project;
  • Embrace the learning experience and be open to internal career opportunities;
  • Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrapup process.

What YOU Will Bring

  • 13 years' experience in the buildings construction industry;
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
  • A proven track record of project coordination and team collaboration;
  • Strong computer skills with enthusiasm for innovation
  • Knowledge of the market in the National Capital Region.
