Position Overview:

Reporting to the Director, Digital Product Management, the Digital Product Manager, will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio and driving the successful delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions.

This leadership position combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and effective collaboration to ensure our products meet the needs of both the business and our customers.

The Digital Product Manager will help build and lead a dynamic cross-functional team, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Primary Job Functions:

The duties of the Digital Product Manager
include:

Provide strategic direction for business projects by maintaining a comprehensive technical product roadmap
Allocate new projects and provide clear explanations to project managers
Monitor the progress of each project to ensure timely delivery and alignment with objectives
Bridge the gap between internal business groups and initiatives, fostering effective communication and collaboration
Assist in driving executive initiatives both within the department and across the company
Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of all
IT solutions with existing systems
Regularly review processes and procedures to drive continuous improvements that meet evolving business needs
Oversee technical configurations to align with business requirements, including user roles, delay codes, and messaging setup/additions
Fulfill other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the department and organization

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

Postgraduate University degree with a focus on business or technology; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in product leadership roles
Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager with a track record of successful product launches
Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex projects, showcasing excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Airline experience, while not mandatory, is an asset

Proficient in building and maintaining effective working relationships, demonstrating adept teambuilding skills, and embodying a customerfocused approach when engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Strong aptitude for analyzing opportunities and problems, offering recommendations, and communicating confidently and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Highly curious and motivated to continuously learn and develop
Demonstrated prowess in influencing and fostering partnerships to drive collaboration across crossfunctional teams
Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
Exhibits effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting across all organizational levels, verbally and in writing
Motivated individual displaying a high degree of professional and personal flexibility
Maintains a thorough understanding of operational and technical knowledge essential for fulfilling the role's requirements
