Description

Physician Consultant - Occupational Health:

Location: 154 Meadowlark Health Centre & Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB

Start Date:
ASAP

Position:
Independent Contractor

As part of our team you will share in our success with facilitating client recovery and employee wellness

You would participate in:

Completion of employment medicals to ensure safety for work
Provide second medical opinions to clarify diagnosis and specify rehabilitation recommendations.
Deliver medical examinations within an interdisciplinary team framework

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine, licensed to practice in Alberta
In good standing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta
Current personal liability & malpractice insurance
5 years' experience as a treating Physician
Completion of courses in Occupational Medicine is considered an asset
Experience completing employment medicals or second medical opinions would be considered a valuable asset.
