What You Will Do:
- Support the learning team in arranging training required across our locations
- Arrange workshops logistics, materials and participants information
- Run and create reports on learning activities across Goodwill
- Create communications materials to promote learning at Goodwill
- Ensure tracking of all learning activities across Goodwill
- Learning system administration
- Follow all safety standards set out in legislation and/or Goodwill policies Be actively involved in the health, wellbeing and safety of themselves and their team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Effective leadership characteristics humility, empathy, courage to inspire and enact change.
- Exceptional listening skills and high emotional intelligence, respecting differences between various ethnic groups and gender in the workplace.
- Experience working in a professional office environment
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment. Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
- Between 1530 years of age at the start of employment.
- Enthusiasm: excited to work with other people and teams.
- Flexibility: able to work at various times, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Communication: effectively speaking with and listening to team members and customers to create a positive workplace.
