We're seeking a talented Renovation Technician to join our Calgary community.

As a Renovation Technician you will be responsible for general renovations and repairs, and will assist the building operations team.

Major Responsibilities
Work together with the maintenance team to achieve project and service objectives
Maintain cleanliness of exterior and interior public spaces throughout the portfolio
Perform tasks in the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities that address building and client issues (e.g. painting, drywall repairs, door repairs, minor plumbing, counter top replacements, minor moves, etc.)
Respond immediately to emergencies both during regular working hours and after hours
Assist with completing preventive maintenance in accordance with Edon's Preventive Maintenance Program
Portray a favourable image of the organization as a frontline contact with clients/tenants and subcontractors

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum of two years previous commercial renovation experience considered an asset
Completed Grade 12 education
Owns basic hand and power tools
Able to use power tools and complete building renovations
Strong customer care and communication skills
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, lifting items, etc.
