Volkswagen MidTown Toronto is currently looking for a
Service Advisor to join their team in Toronto.

Our
Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.

They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.

The
Service
Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Job Duties:

Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
Scheduling appointments.
Handling customer's inquiries and concerns.
Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
Contact customers by telephone regarding changes & status.
Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:

Experience as a Service Advisor is strongly preferred
:

Experience with German/Volkswagen brand is considered an asset.
Thrives in a fastpaced environment.
A valid driver's license.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
Excellent listening skills.
Problem solver.
Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
