Job Summary:


The Inside Sales Project Associate is responsible for providing customers with the best possible service by responding to a broad range of customer needs.

They are accountable for managing orders proactively to satisfy our customers to the fullest. They also participate in Kaizens and/or training events to strive for continuous improvement and standard work within the company.


How you will contribute:


  • Efficiently manages and proactively follows orders from start to finish to ensure full customer satisfaction. This includes generating the order, coordinating the submittal package drawings, releasing the project, entering the order, and delivering the order successfully. Any problems that occur are taken care of with a sense of urgency to elevate the level of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicates effectively with customers, as well as within the company, to facilitate clear and accurate written and oral information exchange.
  • Applies organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize the many projects and customers that require follow ups.
  • Participates in Kaizen events which foster the creation of standard work which works to continuously improve the company, setting us apart from our competitors.
  • Encourages and initiates ideas, participates in surveys, and gets involved in learning about "the overall company" so that we can create standard work around our many processes. This facilitates continuous improvement.

Experience (minimum experience required):

  • 5+ years' experience in a customer service or project coordination role.
  • Project management experience
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify critical situations and respond to them in a timely manner.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be in the Greater Toronto region.
