We are looking for aCustomer Service Representative to join our team in Nanaimo.
Responsibilities
- Receive over the phone customer orders and accurate order entry in the system
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reasonable resolution and alternatives
- Work crossfunctionally with other departments to meet the needs of the customer
- General reception duties such as greeting customers, take messages and arrange delivery and pickups
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service or call center role an asset
- Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism when handling difficult conversations
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex customer issues
- Required to work onsite
- Must be available to work statutory holidays and Sunday shift
Location:4911 Wellington Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2H5. This role is required to work onsite.
Schedule
- Sunday: 1pm 5pm (required)
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5pm (ideally available for 2 days during the week)
