We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nanaimo.


Responsibilities

  • Receive over the phone customer orders and accurate order entry in the system
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reasonable resolution and alternatives
  • Work crossfunctionally with other departments to meet the needs of the customer
  • General reception duties such as greeting customers, take messages and arrange delivery and pickups
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center role an asset
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism when handling difficult conversations
  • High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to navigate complex customer issues
  • Required to work onsite
  • Must be available to work statutory holidays and Sunday shift

Location:4911 Wellington Road, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2H5. This role is required to work onsite.


Schedule

  • Sunday: 1pm 5pm (required)
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5pm (ideally available for 2 days during the week)
