Description

He is responsible for defining the test strategy for data conversion that will allow an efficient UAT when the time comes.

Responsibilities/CapabilitiesAssist the Data Conversion Lead with questions related to best conversion practices and analysis of validation reportsReview and make recommendations to continually improve the data QA processes to be followed to ensure minimum defects and compliance with best business practicesAct as an intermediate between the internal conversion team and the MS internal QA team to resolve any problems or improvements to be madeKeep in mind the lessons learned at the end of each iteration, projectBehaviorsAble to differentiate data cleaning (out of scope) from conversion mappingAbility to positively influence project members (internal or external stakeholders)Mentor conversion resources on conversion best business practicesCommunicate clearly and constructively with technical and non-technical peopleAbility to be an agent of change, open to suggestionsTake ownership and be organizedAbility
