Description

The F&I Manager holds a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for facilitating vehicle sales, driving additional revenue, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring regulatory compliance, maximizing profitability, and nurturing teamwork within the dealership.

This position offers an earning potential of $120,000 + annually.

Responsibilities Include:

Financing: Securing financing for vehicle purchases by working with customers to understand their financial situation and presenting financing options from various lenders.

Insurance Products: Offering and explaining insurance products such as vehicle service contracts, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other add-on products to customers. They help customers understand the benefits of these products and select the ones that best suit their needs.

Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations governing automotive financing and insurance sales. This includes staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensuring that all paperwork and processes meet legal requirements.

Customer Relations: Building trust and rapport with customers by effectively communicating complex financial and insurance terms in a clear and understandable manner. They address customer questions and concerns and provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing and insurance process.

Documentation: Handling all paperwork related to vehicle financing and insurance sales, including contracts, loan agreements, insurance policies, and other legal documents.

Profitability: Maximizing dealership profitability by promoting additional products and services, negotiating financing terms that benefit both the customer and the dealership, and achieving sales targets set by dealership management.

Pay:
$90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
