We are currently seeking a Content Marketing Specialist for our Saskatoon (SK) and Beloeil (ON) locations.

The individual will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to highlight the value our brands bring to our customers for the ambulance and bus divisions.

Drawing on our engineering expertise and rich customer relationships, the Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for writing impactful content that blends facts and emotion to showcase our company as a partner of choice.

As our industry is in the early stages of its transition to electric, this role will be particularly crucial in supporting our customers and teams through this change, via rich and relevant educational content.

The person will also be responsible for integrating the content created on our various websites and tracking performance for continuous improvement.


Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute an editorial calendar to support the content strategy of both divisions;
  • Generate compelling content ideas based on internal data, customer insights, brand strategy and industry trends to enrich the content strategy;
  • Write clear, compelling and original copy for the ongoing content needs of the bus and ambulance divisions (landing pages, blog posts, white papers, guides); and;
  • Advise and support sales and service needs (editorial content for training capsules, sales presentations, FAQs, tools);
  • Leverage our partner and vendor relationships to create and relay cobranded content;
  • Integrate content into all of our various websites;
  • Support the website development plan with agencies and the marketing team;
  • Contribute to the modernization of marketing tools designed to support the sales process;
  • Establish the social media strategy in collaboration with the marketing team;
  • Manage the execution of lead generation and conversion tactics for the bus division (inbound marketing);
  • Monitor metrics and deliver website performance reports;
  • Advise the marketing team on trends and factors impacting our digital strategy.
Profile required

  • Openmindedness, a desire to pass on information and a sense of humour
  • A university degree in communications or marketing
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated writing skills, with an eye for detail, language, fluency and SEO
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, lead generation and inbound marketing
  • Experience with content integration/management on WordPress platforms
  • Experience working with Hubspot
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop and Canva), video editing is considered an asset
  • Comfortable developing performance reports using Google Analytics and other data sources
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in French and English, as the position is intended to communicate with an audience across Canada)
  • Ability to collect, collate, simplify and synthesize information from various sources into an articulate and coherent narrative
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and rephrase them in language that is understandable to a less sophisticated audience
