Job summary

AD WATERS, a company specializing in the field of plumbing with over 30 years of experience has developed a deep knowledge and expertise of the North American market and its specificities.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk, for our headquarters in Montreal, who likes problem solving and a job well done.

This position requires precision and efficiency.

Tasks and responsibilities
Send the daily exchange rate report

Sending documents/proofs of payment when necessary to sellers and suppliers

Respect the payment terms of the company

Respect the confidentiality of company records and those of our suppliers/sellers

Review and reconcile employee expense reimbursements

Enter the checks issued in the cash flow

Manage the petty cash

Act as back up to produce the daily cash flow report

Other related tasks_

Qualifications:

DEC in Accounting or equivalent

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution (an asset)

Skills:
Knowledge of complete A/P cycle

Be courteous and professional

Bilingual (French and English) Highly detail-oriented

Multi-tasking

Ability to prioritize

Good sense of organization

Tracking management

Knowledge of MS Office Excel

Ability to work in a team (adaptation, communication, proactivity)

Ease with the numbers
