Are you a strategic and critical thinker that strives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have high proficiency with numbers and attention to detail?

As a senior financial analyst, you will provide stakeholders with better visibility into performance drivers, support decision making, and help advance process efficiency while driving core FP&A rhythms (reporting, planning, analysis, etc.) to guide the business in achieving company goals.

This role will support the technology pillar of the FP&A team.

Make a difference on our finance FP&A team as a senior financial analyst

What you'll do:

Prepare monthly internal financial reports to compare actuals to budget, forecast and prior year, and investigate any drivers of significant variances
Bring business meaning to financial data and identifying variances and trends to provide insightful factbased commentary/observations (i.e. monthly and quarterly business reviews)
Support the financial planning process (annual longrange plan with quarterly updates, annual budgets, and monthly forecasts)
Contribute to overall finance team objectives by supporting adhoc analyses and projects as required

What we're looking for:

3+ years of relevant finance/accounting work experience
Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, and/or related field
Proven experience working with advanced Excel/VBA and Microsoft tools (i.e. Power BI, etc.)
An ability to produce concise and complex financial reports and presentations
