Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm


The Program Analyst will support the quality assurance team in collecting and analyzing service delivery data and provide feedback and insights for improving Integrated Employment Services (IES) delivery.


These are your responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the Centre for Skills' Employment Services staff
  • Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Employment Services (IES) Internal Documentation and Internal Reporting system consistent with Service System Manager (SSM) requirements
  • Interpret contractual requirements and changes and coordinate training and education of Integrated Employment Services (IES) staff, as necessary
  • Work to continually improve processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced client outcomes
  • Evaluate processes to identify service delivery issues, and recommend changes in Referral, Intake, Progress, and Monitoring processes, as necessary
  • Actively participate in the financial and client records audit processes, summarize audit results, and recommend effective changes in areas needing improvement
  • Contribute to corrective action discussions and actively participate in quality improvement activities, as necessary
  • Evaluate contractual compliance by executing adhoc reviews and scheduled audits to verify and ensure data integrity
  • Examine and analyze financial records, documents, and information to ensure their accuracy and completion
  • Ensure all documentation required to support monitoring and financial claims is completed accurately
  • Ensure all monitoring outcomes and financial support claims are submitted and approved according to Service System Manager (SSM) schedule
  • Perform claim reconciliations to ensure information in various internal and external databases match
  • Report financial discrepancies and errors to the Centre for Skills' Controller
  • Communicate findings by preparing and presenting reports and identifying issues through the analysis of Service System Manager (SSM) and Internal Reporting systems
  • Identify issues impacting contractual compliance and support the development of solutions
  • Assist with forecasting for budget and targets, and with continuous improvement plans with focus on positive outcomes.
  • Train new staff in processes for Service System Manager (SSM) guidelines, SSM Client Databases, CaMS, and CTS for WDS referrals
  • Attend all Employment Services team meetings, distribute Service System Manager (SSM) communications and training information
  • Maintain current service delivery knowledge by staying uptodate with contractual requirements and SSM changes
  • Provide support to Site Coordinators, Senior Program Coordinator and/or leadership team during monitoring and audit visits from Service System Manager (SSM)

  • Postsecondary degree/diploma in Business Administration with a focus on data analysis / auditing processes and 3+ relevant years of experience
  • Knowledge of Integrated Employment Services, under the new Service System Manager (SSM) delivery model and guidelines an asset
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving capabilities
  • Highly effective teamwork, organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities on an ongoing basis
