JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Live Chat and Texting
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Handle Cash, Visa, Debit Transaction
  • Resolve Customer Concerns Quickly and Effectively
  • Handle Returns and Resolve Customer Complaints

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:


  • Multitask between all points of communication to the customer
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Good Problem Solving Skills
  • Courteous and wellspoken
  • Attention to Detail
  • Positive Attitude
  • Some Knowledge of eBay and Amazon
  • Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Work Environment
  • Motorcycle Knowledge is a Bonus

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 5 Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (Keyboard Shortcuts, Gmail, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Word)
  • Fast Typer (55+ Words Per Minute)
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge
  • Computer Savvy
