JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Live Chat and Texting
- Answering Phone Calls
- Handle Cash, Visa, Debit Transaction
- Resolve Customer Concerns Quickly and Effectively
- Handle Returns and Resolve Customer Complaints
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Multitask between all points of communication to the customer
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Good Problem Solving Skills
- Courteous and wellspoken
- Attention to Detail
- Positive Attitude
- Some Knowledge of eBay and Amazon
- Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Work Environment
- Motorcycle Knowledge is a Bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 Years of Customer Service Experience
- Intermediate Computer Skills (Keyboard Shortcuts, Gmail, Internet Browsing, Microsoft Word)
- Fast Typer (55+ Words Per Minute)
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Computer Savvy
