It also means taking care of the entrepreneurial customers who contact Business Flex and the referrals received from our partners.

You'll be responsible for growing your customer portfolio, while effectively serving SME customers seeking remote advice.

With your passion for business development and your experience in customer service, you'll build trust over the phone and develop our small to medium-sized business clientele.

You'll quickly become a privileged guide in all their financial projects.


Your Job:


  • Provide advice in line with customer needs
  • Analyze credit files, develop financing scenarios and propose appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with customers
  • Implement and follow up on recommendations made by the various specialists of the Bank and its subsidiaries, promoting profitable business development
  • Take charge of your personal development, both in terms of the evolution of your skills and your knowledge of the economic aspects surrounding SMEs

Basic requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree, university certificate or master's degree, depending on your academic background, with a minimum of three to seven years' experience in business development
  • Experience in individual or corporate financing
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer contact center experience
  • Knowledge of commercial products
  • Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
