About Felix:

We are looking for a Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the CEO & COO.

The Chief of Staff will provide support to the co-founders and company leadership, contribute to long-term business planning, facilitate fundraising efforts, support corporate oversight, monitor KPIs, and lead other special projects.

In addition, the Chief of Staff will assess our business operations, identify areas for improvement and act as a thought partner across the business to solve important problems.

We are looking for someone that is entrepreneurial, organized, resourceful and can independently identify opportunities and work across the business to drive solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO & COO with fundraising efforts
  • Support the scheduling of key meetings including board meetings, the development of quarterly board meeting materials, record the minutes and coordinate the Board Resolutions with our legal team; support the leadership with the internal Quarterly Business Review
  • Lead special projects as needed
  • Oversee business metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and investigate trends, discrepancies, etc.
  • Support teams across the business and act as a thought partner
  • Support with business operations (e.g. maintain up to date insurance, support with weekly all hands meetings and other large team meetings)
  • Build culture at Felix and support peoplerelated items as needed
  • Research the healthtech industry; understand and interpret the key trends and developments in the telehealth, online pharmacy and fullstack verticals, study our competitive and regulatory landscape and draw insights that can help leadership define our longterm strategy and KPIs and build out our product roadmap

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, management/strategy consulting or business operations at a B2C or B2B technology/techenabled startup
  • Experience working with financial and operating metrics, data analytics, corporate strategy, business planning and project management; people ops is a bonus
  • A strong business acumen, understanding of unit economics and consumer product metrics, a highlevel attention to detail and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • An entrepreneurial drive with a strong strategic lens, a deeply charismatic approach, comfort with ambiguity and an ability to create clarity and problem solve and move initiatives and teams forward
  • Can operate independently
