The Source Flooring Distributors Inc.

is currently looking for a
dedicated, experienced, permanent and full time Inside Sales Representative in Kitchener-Waterloo to join our professional sales team.


  • Provide outstanding customer service in a professional manner.
  • Adept knowledge of the flooring industry is an asset.
  • Build and maintain a longterm client relationship.
  • Math skills necessary to become proficient in estimating and completing the sales process.
  • Must be willing to work weekends.
  • Effective team player in a positive work environment.
  • Day shifts for 36+ hours a week

We offer a competitive sales compensation plan including base salary, bonus and benefits.

From $50,000.00 per year
