Here is how you would contribute:


  • Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Change Management, HRIS & People Analytics, you will be joining the People, Systems and Analytics team at an exciting time as we transition to the new HR platform
  • Workday. Your mandate will be to execute a new business model for the Shared Services/HR Operations team who will be one of the primary Workday users, and who will play a key role in supporting all employees in adapting to Workday as their new goto HR platform.
  • As an OD/Change Management Advisor on the Workday project, you will support the implementation of transformative efforts and provide consulting expertise to guide the Shared Services leadership and their teams in successfully adopting Workday into their daily operations, and embedding continuous business process improvement into their roles. As a key member of the project's Change Management team, you will also contribute your experience and knowledge on change management strategies and plans for accelerating Workday stakeholder adoption.

  • The base location of the position is flexible. Travel within Canada may be required.
  • This position is a fulltime hybrid teleworking/onsite role.
  • This is a 12month full time contract position

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support and guide Shared Services/HR Operations through their transition to a new business model, including defining their future state adoption needs, ensuring alignment with HR strategy vision and objectives, organizing and planning change management activities and delivering business benefits.
  • Understand and analyze issues relevant to this business unit; thoroughly familiarize yourself with their organizational operations in order to diagnose situations and determine the best response strategies to realign and define capabilities, structures, responsibilities, processes, practices, etc.
  • In conjunction with business units, determine work plans and information sources for gathering and interpreting data to produce a comprehensive diagnosis, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
  • Design and facilitate activities to support this business unit in operationalizing their new business model.
  • As part of the Change Management team, work closely with stakeholders to address change needs for Workday adoption.
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a field relevant to organizational design, change management or transformation
  • At least (5) years' relevant experience in a comparable organizational transformation role or relevant industry experience
  • Experience leading a Shared Services team and/or supporting them through an organizational transformation
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts/methodologies
  • Knowledge of process improvement methods and tools (e.g., developing matrices, flowcharts or other views to make information understandable, performance dashboards)
  • Ability to conceptualize, synthesize and present information
  • Proven project managing skills in delivering objectives methodically and measurably
  • Possess business acumen and ability to identify organizational issues/risks. challenges and mitigations
