E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy and roadmap to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Manage the daytoday operations of the ecommerce business, including website management, online marketing, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including the CE, Sales, Operations and IT department, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals
Optimize the customer experience, including site navigation, content, join flow, and checkout process.
Manage and analyze ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion, and AOV, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates and revenue
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new features and functionality to improve the customer experience;

What you have:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a directtoconsumer environment.
Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and analytics, and experience using data to drive business decisions.
Demonstrated success in driving online sales and revenue growth.
Experience managing and optimizing ecommerce and CMS platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Passion for food and cooking a plus.
