The Role
The

Business System Analyst, WMS will play an integral part in the successful implementation and sustainability of our new warehouse management system (WMS) as part of a wider transformative initiative. This is a significant opportunity to utilize your WMS skills and operational experience. You will be responsible for the support of the Distribution Centers through the administration, configuration, and analysis of the WMS and will work closely with the business and our IT teams to provide general maintenance and recommendations for system enhancements that will drive improvements to productivity and efficiency.

Your Impact

Responsible for assessing, designing, delivering, and supporting the WMS and related business systems.
Partner with various levels of the business to create the logical specifications for technical solutions.
Support training, troubleshooting and support enduser issues.
Manage all aspects of the system development life cycle required to develop or modify system functionality.
Develop and maintain business process documentation and workflow diagrams.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Work safely and follows legislated and established safe work procedures and practices.
Other duties as assigned in adherence to the JVF GMP policies.

About You

At least 3 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
At least 3 years of experience in distribution and logistics.
Experience in implementing a WMS would be an asset.
Excellent analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills.
Proactive approach with a strong customer service orientation.
Genuine passion for continuous learning and development.
Education or professional experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
