Northland Properties Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our expanding Hotel, Restaurant and Resorts brands.

Our growing company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager of Restaurant Renovations in organizing our ongoing renovations and capital projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Issue, track, and administer purchase orders.
- Schedule, track, and receive deliveries for multiple projects.
- Organize and maintain construction inventory.
- Manage payroll, expenses, and invoices.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated and organized.
- Organize meetings and prepare and distribute minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager for daily site operations.
- Develop meaningful relationships with Northland Properties' extensive network of suppliers.
- Support the growth and development of company culture and professionally represent Northland Properties
- Performs other duties as required.
- Related work experience in construction or a combination of work experience and relevant education (postsecondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or Construction Management)
- Experience in hospitality will be an asset
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
- Highlevel organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Detailoriented, versatile, and flexible, with excellent creative and problemsolving abilities.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, with good initiative and a strong work ethic.
