Northland Properties Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our expanding Hotel, Restaurant and Resorts brands.

Our growing company is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project Manager of Restaurant Renovations in organizing our ongoing renovations and capital projects.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Issue, track, and administer purchase orders.
  • Schedule, track, and receive deliveries for multiple projects.
  • Organize and maintain construction inventory.
  • Manage payroll, expenses, and invoices.
  • Ensure all project documentation is updated and organized.
  • Organize meetings and prepare and distribute minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager for daily site operations.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with Northland Properties' extensive network of suppliers.
  • Support the growth and development of company culture and professionally represent Northland Properties
  • Performs other duties as required.
What are we looking for?

  • Related work experience in construction or a combination of work experience and relevant education (postsecondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or Construction Management)
  • Experience in hospitality will be an asset
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • Highlevel organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Detailoriented, versatile, and flexible, with excellent creative and problemsolving abilities.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, with good initiative and a strong work ethic.
