WAGE RANGE:
$26.62/hr-$33.28/hr ($55,369.00-$69,222.00 annually)

***: Under the direction of the County Buildings Foreman, carries out repairs, adjustments, maintenance and inspections of County owned and leased buildings and properties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of postsecondary education along with completion of a relevant trade certification and/or qualification or demonstrated practical experience in the field of building maintenance and repairs.
Good knowledge of construction practices, best practices with respect to building maintenance and repairs as well as a working knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations.
Able to work unsupervised.
Current class G driver's license.
Employment is conditional upon receipt of a successful Vulnerable Persons Police Clearance.
