The Intern/Co-op will support the General Insurance Journey - Shopping Product Group with the development and execution of acquisition strategies to drive business growth.


Key accountabilities:

  • Support adhoc market and competitive research
  • Provide business input through conducting analytics and driving insights
  • Contribute to new initiatives designed to grow targeted segments
  • Liaise with various partners and stakeholders in the resolution of business program issues
  • Support the development/delivery of presentations/communications
  • Support with employee experience activities

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate / postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data & financial analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to convey complex information concisely and with clarity (verbal and written)
  • Selfmotivated team player with strong organization skills and a strong desire to learn
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate working with stakeholders at all levels

Additional Information

Early Talent Requirements

  • This position is a 4 month work term and will commence May 1st August 25th
