Your Opportunity


We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Coordinator to join our team Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Organizational Development Support, this role will support the team with coordination, scheduling, and support for the various L&OD programs.

This is a role for someone who is extremely organized and who wants to develop their skills as part of a collaborative team.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain a master development and delivery schedule for all L&OD offerings, raising the flag when there are potential conflicts or overlaps.
  • Support L&OD programs, resources, and tools. For example, creating reports and analysis in Excel; supporting the set up and administration of training sessions in the Learning Management System; booking, arranging, and configuring meeting requests in Outlook and Teams; and monitoring enrollments and participant flow.
  • Provide coordination support on projects related to talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and adhoc team sessions.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and workshops and ensure followup and support materials are sent in advance or as followup, as appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and participants to provide updates, ask questions, and support overall program organization and transparency.
  • Update and administer HR content and documents as required.
  • Assist in administering, coding, and tracking invoices and status reports, compiling data from various sources for tracking.
  • Assist the team with progress reports and system updates.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for the look and feel of professional, branded documents and presentations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple, deadlinedriven projects concurrently in a teamoriented environment.
  • Understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Able to pull large data sets and complete basic data manipulation, such as pivot tables.
  • Experience in online and realtime collaboration, with solid proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (required).
  • Comfortable and professional working in a hybrid environment (virtual and inperson).

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
