RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):

Ensure a memorable experience for our arriving and departing guests while upholding Hilton Values and Brand Standards
Maintain a balanced float assigned by the hotel and reconciling all transactions at the close of each shift
Act as a concierge; assisting guests in all inquiries and accommodating special requests whenever possible
Answer all telephone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible
Accept reservations, changes and cancellations in the absence of Reservations staff.
Complete shift checklist and passon important information
Assist guests with luggage when entering and departing the hotel
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
